You day starts with a brisk jog in one of the specially prepared jogging track sets and as you jog through the lanes of the nature, it is sure to make your mood for the day. After jogging, the fitness guides at the Ananda Spa Center will guide you about aerobics routine, heightening circulation, and cardio-muscular activities. You will feel yourself at the top of the world when you relax at the large swimming pool in the resort's premises, where you can also take up aqua aerobics while using water for a variety of stretching, strength and stamina building exercises. Besides fitness programmes at the Gymnasium, the Ananda Spa Center also provides you an opportunity to play Squash at the squash court and then head to have a session of Yoga.
